Data Entry System
Redesigned the interaction flow and interface of a data entry system for medical chart reviews. Detailed wireframes were created using Microsoft PowerPoint for all aspects of the system including screen variations, error messages and warning dialog boxes.
Detailed requirements were documented alongside the supporting wireframes and thoroughly reviewed with the development & QA team.
The design and requirements were driven by extensive observation of Data Entry Operators using the existing system. The wireframes were then used to validate the design and requirements with the users.
